Kenneth B. Hulsey is an attorney who's concentration includes business law, entity structuring, and securities law.  Mr. Hulsey earned a B.S. in sociology from the University of Houston in 1997 and his law degree in from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2000 both in Houston , Texas .  He also earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Securities and Banking Regulation in 2001 from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington , DC .  Mr. Hulsey is licensed to practicein New Jersey , Maryland , and Washington , DC , where he maintains active memberships in various bar associations and sits on several committees including sections in Securities Law, Business/Corporate Law, and Practice Development.  Kenneth has experience working in numerous federal agencies including the Securities Exchange Commission, Department of Justice, Social Security Administration, and NASA.
